Default Hyper 16 Valve / Jtech **Kyle Built GSR !!!**

So first off ill introduce myself as Kyle from Hyper 16 Valve / Jtech, many of you have prob seen my ride and so on. But any who, now that thats done and over with time for the fun stuff:

My 2nd GSR build, the right way. . . .

The Block that's been built. . . b18c1 bottom end, completely stock.

That Same block, not so stock. . . .LA sleeves, done be valley engine, rick is the **** btw!!! 85mm Bore

Cometic head gasket, also 85mm.. . . .030 thick

polished gsr Crank

Forged JE 11.2.1 high dome pistons/stock rods

Supertech valves

Skunk 2 valve springs/retainers/ cam gears

Skunk 2 stage 2 cams

This should be a fun and interesting build, 2.0 gsr with about mid 11 compression, this will be tuned over at smoothlinez auto salon in south elmonte by Tony.

My old Dyno chart, notice how the power drops off around 7200. . . thats because i made that power with a 2in exhaust, through a cat.

Im curious as to what this one is going to do. . .just putting it down to show what hyper 16 valve/jtech is all about. . . i mean comon i had to follow up Jkeno112's build with something almost the same.

Update!!! The motor is in and at the dyno

This should be done and at home on monday, he forgot the data logger for the hondata at his house, and tis run by asians. so there not open on sundays. . . . , i want wait to get this up and running. . . hehehe ill post some numbers when its done

Teaser pic:

Shes happy again, no more sohc power (thanks to anthony who helped me pass smog)

NO VTEC TUNING!!!! DYNO chart

VTEC tuning comming soon

For sure. . . well i think i built it right the 1st time. . . just i didnt go that big. . . but at the time, jumping from a 1.6 sohc to a 1.8 poorman's R was a huge jump. . . lol. . . as for moe, hes always played with the smaller motors. . . .always

haha yeah. . . i would be really disappointed if that was my new set up. . . .holy crap i would be disappointed. . . .that was my poorman's r 178 at the hubs with a 2in exhaust. . . this one should put down something like 230 220. if all goes according to plans.

i had some set backs tho, such as this stupid thing called smog. . . another called thieves , another called faulty installation of the castle nut on my part, another is called ppl who decide to crack my window, another one called steal my sir wing off my car along with window visors. . . this last month or so hasnt been very nice to my car. . . *** i hate ppl
