Default LS/VTEC Emissions

Before anyone says search, yes ive searched and gone through every site possible and every link given to me on LS/VTEC. I've called every shop in town, talked to anyone who might know, and read through every thread on Honda-tech about LS/VTEC. But none of them answer my question specifiaclly.

My question is: Can I make an LS/VTEC motor/vehicle pass (Oregon) emissions? Simple as that.

*If it matters the car is 1992 Acura Integra. And it will mostly be a OEM rebuild LS/VTEC with maybe some High C/R pistons.*

Thanks for the answers and umm comments if there is any.

Sure, But you have to fill in the last B on your engine code with JD weld= B18(B)

and then go to harbor freight or somewhere and get a metal stamp kit (for stamping letters into metal. Then punch a "C" where the B was and run a USDM GSR ECU. You will pass.
