i just recently swapped in the gsr dash with a jdm gsr gauge cluster and wired it as shown here in one of the topics. worked fine tach and speedo and all. the only thing was that the lights on the cluster didnt light up.
but i didnt worry about it at the time. yesterday driving the car the tach and speedo just stopped working and everything else. the only thing working was the high beam light and the battery light.
checked the fuse and it was blown so changing the fuse i got shocked taking out the fuse. Keys were out of the ignition!!!!! replaced the fuse and still dosent work!!!
what can be the problem???? cluster burnt up? wiring bad?
thanks
i need help!!!

put in your stock cluster to see if it works, if it does, then obviously its the gsr cluster...
if not, then double check your wiring. make sure there are no bare wires anywhere, and make sure everything is connected where its supposed to be

thanks everyone
fixed the problem, one the light problem was the dimmer switch and two, the cluster problem was that the 12v wire was getting no power. we checked the fuses and there it was! a blown fuse!!!!
