someone is selling a 88 or 89 CRX, its dpfi or carburated, whatever im not sure what they came with...
but the kid said caburated, i never seen it though..
Anyway, he wants 1500 for it, i think it has like 80k on it, body and interior is in reall good shape ( thas what ive seen)
What would i have to do, to swap in a regular FI engine into it, like a d16 or zc or somthing, what would i need to do a direct swap

The dx model was the only 2nd gen to be Dual Point Fuel Injected (DPFI) whereas both the Hf and Si were Multi Point Fuel Injected (MPFI). While DPFI is essentially a glorified carburetor, if it is a 2nd gen 88-91 dx then it would be fuel injected and not carbed. As everyone has said before me, use the search function (check both recent and archived posts) and you will come up with an innumerable amount of information on the topic.
