I really want to get some foglights for my car but the thing is, it's a 1998 Civic and I want to buy a bumper that is somewhat similar to the 1999-2000 models. My question is, does the bumper off the 99-00 fit on the 98? Thanks.

 

only if you swap on 99-00 hood, fenders, and headlights along with the bumper

So I guess there no other bumper that has the holes on the side, where I can put the foglights at, for the 98?

yeah, used the factory fog for your civic, its much cleaner than aftermarket....just my opinion

 

I hate to say it... but there is a front bumper that's supposed to look like a '99-'00 Civic front bumper... but fits on the '96-'98 front end. It's not an OEM bumper though.

I really really really don't like it... but a lot of the people over on CLubCivic thought it was nice.

I'd keep the factory front though. Modified '96-'98 fronts are more attractive imo than the '99-'00 fronts plus there are more OEM lip choices for the '96-'98 front end (SiR, CTR and "OEM") than the '99-'00 front end (Si aka CTR - same lip, so only one available OEM front lip).
