Default c32

Hello i'm new to the forum obviously but i can't find any info on this so maybe some experts on here can shine some light on this subject. I have a 95 v6 accord. it's the first year they put the 2.7L in the accord. Does anyone know if i could put a c32a II in it and would it be a straight bolt in? I'm thinking of doing a motor swap and it's either h22 or c32a i'd think it's a simple bolt in but haven't been able to find anyone that's done it. I would prefer to swap the c32a version 2 in because it's pretty inexpensive and im thinking i won't need to modify anything. thanks in advance!
