Default how to go from obd II to obd I

Alright i found a prelude f1998or sale with a timing belt that broke and messed the engine up and i am goin to by it, i am going to do a jdm h22 motor swap not type s in it, i need to know how to keep it obdI because i dont have emissions in S.C. and obdI is better anyway so what do i need to do beside a conversion harness, and do i need a new ecu and if so which one thanks alot oh and planned on just taking the tranny of the old h22 motor and putting it on this jdm motor will that work also i tried searching and everthing is for keeping it obdII and taking the stuff off the old motor

to do it with the least headaches switch the Intake manifold and the oil pump (with crank sensor) Distributor to the JDM engine. Use the OBDII harness with a jumper harness. but you can run the OBDII ECU if you want.
