I think his d15 was around 225-240 to the wheels. Not 300 or over.

Are you sure that was his D-Series though? I don't think he was even beating the B-Series guys with his D-Series.

Yes, we beat many a "b-powered" cars with the D, and won many events. It made over 240whp more than 5 years ago. With the technology now used in the F, we could surpass that if we ever resurrect the project.

We ran 10.7s, and I upgraded to my level X cam and made 7whp more, but never ran it on the track after that...it was time for the F22.

Well I know you "beat" them, I'm sorry I should have clarified. I meant on the dyno. Which makes it that much more impressive.

i know "builthatch" on d-series.org has made 160 or very close on his street D. Also Agent D (or B??) on their has made over 160 also. Both have relatively high compression, crower 3 cam and obviously a fully ported head and nice header, etc, etc...

I am going to have to dig out my archives to get pics...

On the street, I was in the 180whp arena with my D16 full street, and that was over 12 years ago!

im guessing, the smaller stroke (destroked 80) and ideal r/s ratio was the reason..

more rpm's FTW ehehe

whats the r/s ratio? I can't think right now

bisimoto, what kind or parts were you running on your street driven?? how reliable was it?

p.s. Im looking for a cam that is not agressive on the normal part, but really agressive for vtec.. any suggestions? or is a transition like this too hard on valvetrain?
