I'll have to check into shipping... my biggest issue is that I was hoping to keep what I am spending as close to $1000 as possible. in addition, I still need to price some pistons and rings along with the cost for a bottom-end rebuild just to have the block put together.

Let me look into it...

... would you take any less for the motor as it sits??

(or do you have any reputable shops with a hook-up where I could get pistons, rings, hone, and install before it ships??)
