Default Finally a worthy engine for the EF!

UPDATE..... Well theres been ALOT of downtime. I havnt touched the car in a while do to having surgery. But the engine is in and should be done VERY soon.

I've had the car now maybe 6 months. Im just down to buying the little odds and ends.
Its nothing special by any means just a stock b18a, and a little down the road im gonna go ls/v.

This is pretty much my first honda swap. Ive grown up with nothing but muscle cars. Ive only helped out on friends hondas, I didnt get into hondas until a year ago or so. This swap is basicly just so I can learn the ropes than I will do a more serious build.

Plans so far include

b18a1 w/ls tranny
innovatice billet mounts
DA front knuckes
DA rear disc conversion
DA axles
Remote battery
Shortend linkage
Mini Wire tuck
Cleaned block/tranny and painted

i have a std hatch as well, you will need to do some wiring to go from dpfi to mpfi and i believe you'll need a resistor box

i'm sure you'll read all about it

enjoy your first honda swap

dpfi-mpfi yes but depends on what injectors he uses for that resistor box.

peak & hold (low impedance) requires a resistor box, saturated (high impedance) does not require a resistor box.

But anyway, that is one clean hatch i could only wish someday mine will have no rust or hail damage.....
