if you like back pain go with a cheap setup
if you like a comfy ride get some good shocks with springs.
i have kyb agx and eibach sportlines. a small drop (about 1.5) but its very nice. if i put the agx on soft setting then it rides like stock.

someone likes to be high off the ground
what car you drive eran? ive noticed most of those springs = 4x4 if its on a hatch cause there so light, on a coupe i guess they sit nice though.

I've never liked the idea of lowering springs because they settle. After 2 months you find that your drivers side has sagged about an inch lower than the rest of the car. No, i'm going coilover from now on.

any shocks in the mid upper 100's range should be fine.
H&R sport/race tein s-tech neuspeed sport/race
There is no "Best" spring. There are good springs, and the "right" springs. Get suits your driving style by springrate and ride height.
