They're both shitty choices.

Get a sport-rated spring from a reputable brand (H&R Sport, Eibach Sportline, Neuspeed Sport, etc)

I'd go with a name brand coil sleve. Nothing uber expensive, but go over $100.

Save a little more, and get something better.

jhpusa.com is having a nice sale on skunk2 springs and struts for $399 shipped. Check "specials".

If you are looking for a spring I would look at the Neuspeed Race but if you are looking for coils I would go with ground control!

if you like back pain go with a cheap setup

if you like a comfy ride get some good shocks with springs.

i have kyb agx and eibach sportlines. a small drop (about 1.5) but its very nice. if i put the agx on soft setting then it rides like stock.

I've never liked the idea of lowering springs because they settle. After 2 months you find that your drivers side has sagged about an inch lower than the rest of the car. No, i'm going coilover from now on.

any shocks in the mid upper 100's range should be fine.

H&R sport/race tein s-tech neuspeed sport/race

There is no "Best" spring. There are good springs, and the "right" springs. Get suits your driving style by springrate and ride height.
