today I swapped/traded my d16a6 for a d16y7 in my si rex just because I needed transportation for school I reused my tranny, dizzy,and intake. I've got everything connected except to conector that went to the back of the a6 block but that isn't on the y7, the only other prob I had was I had to wire in the y7 altern b/c the a6 wouldn't work(pulley diffs)....
My questions:

1 what are/ do I do with those two wires and what sensor were they going to?

2 when I turned the key to turn the engine over, my main relay went ape ****, kept clicking anyone know whats up?

3 If I got the two wires going from the alt into the ecu backwards what would happen?
(there's no way to determine from the manuals that I have which of the two alterns ecu wires were the output and input wires, ther not labeld for the a6)
