Default header interchange-abilty question

I was wondering if i could use a B16A (99-00 Si, DOHC delsol) header for my 99 gsr? is the flange for the cat clocked differently or anything? I know the headstuds are the same.

The flange is most likely at a different angle (though I've never checked), but more importantly, the B16 header will be too long to fit a '99 GS-R.
