Default Brake advice

I've got the oportunity to get my brakes replaced for free (rotors and pads), normally I'd do it myself, but I don't have exerience with that, it's free, and I can't risk not having my car for even a day. I'd like to get some high performance brakes, but not such that are unreliable or won't last a long time, and priced under $120, not including pads. I was looking at Brembo, but what does everyone suggest for rotors and pads?

Cheap generic rotors and decent pads.
