my wipers were frozen cause of the lil winter storm we had here in the northeast.. my problem is that when i turned them on, they didnt work but i can still hear the motor workin and also i was hearing something moving around. i took off the black cover where the wipers are and there are two arms connected to the motor.. one of them are not on and it was just hanging, i cant seem to find where it belongs. anyhelp would be great
