is there a vin on a obd-2 vtec ecu????? or someway i can tell if its stolen?
yaaa i need one for my bro's girls car well her mechanic told her so anyway, and i seriously dont give a expletive i just want to sell the part to her to make some cash
but ya this dude offered me one for 25 bucks
i was thinking dude thats got to be wayy to low,
freid or jacked or something, i opened it up and nothing was fried, and ill test it just incase but is there some sort of nummber to type in and check?

There's no VIN and you won't be able to tell if it was stolen. All there is on the ECU is the part number.
