I did not want HID but that was the only choice I had when it came from Japan.

Heres a couple more pics I took. I was adjusting the aim of the HID .
I still need to hookup the fog light switch. I will take real pics shortly

The city lights do stay on with the fender marker lights as parking lights and stay on when i turn on the headlights. You can barely tell in pic. The corner lights only blink with turn signals and hazard.

I have no clue which bulbs are in there I also do not have a fog light switch yet. I can not use a jdm one because I have my oil pressure gauge in that hole. I might just use any switch and put it where the sunroof switch delete is.

Shouldn't the side markers only be on with the turn signals/hazards?

Yes, I believe so. They also should blink simultaneously with the corner turn signals as well.

Vivid, how do the city lights work in the high beam housing? When installing city light bulbs, would they act as parking lights, when turning the parking light dial once?

Edit: Ah, I see you answered my question already.

Where did you purchase the HIDs? Were they brand new? I am looking for a nice clean set as well. Thanks.

for a noob, does anyone have a deffinitive answer on what lights on the JDM front are supposed to do what from the factory? I have the HID front end, with the JDM fog light switch. Of course, I got none of the factory JDM wiring.

The HID's are hooked up to the factory low beam, and the high beams are hooked up to the factory highs. The city lights and fog lights are hooked up (for right now) to the parking lights.

The side markers, and fender markers are not hooked up at all. So, right now I have no front blinkers. Password JDM sells harnesses for all the lights, but I'm confident I can solder/heat shrink my own harness, if I knew what each light is supposed to do.

parking lights-city lights
low beams-hid's
high beams-" "
left right blinker-corner blinker
left right blinker- blinkers

city light come on.. on the first click.. then low beams.. corner lights and side markers should come on only when blinkers and activated
