Can any one tell me if i have to do any modifications to install the digital climate control on a 5gen or dose it hook up to the OEM harnest?

 

Are you talking about putting in a 4thGen Digital Climate Control or a 5thGen DCC??

It requires modification to add a DCC to a USDM car. Read the FAQ, there's 4thGen DCC Write-Ups there. You can see how hard it is..

 

Uh I'm sure he ment the 5th gen Digital climate control.. the orange looking one I think...I think that's what color it is..I dunno

 

yeah there is a 5th gen digital, it's orange
and yes it will require modification, similar to the ones for the 4th gen
there may be a thread floating around about the 5th gen, but you'll definately need to find a wiring diagram and the misc. parts
