this thing is terrible man, cant shift at all, my car shudders like... hah well you know if youre doin it right i am getting it replaced soon as i can, i dont recomend it.I cant get used to it.. My mechanic said that sometimes aluminum from the clutch gets into the engine and causes a major overhaul to be needed. tell me if anyone else has tried the same thing and how they liked it, thanks- dan

 

I've got a 6 puck from ACT. My motors fine w/ 200k+, But I've gone through 3 tranny's.

 

that's for track,not daily driving!

 

yep.. my 6 puck chatters like hell./

it did get much better after I tracked the car for 2 days though

 

i got an act 6 puck in my gsr and it works wonders... but theres a very sharp learning curve to driving it... takes time to get the sweet spot

take it like a man and live with it

 

no one said being fast is compfortable...got to make some sacrafices... i have a 6 puck clutch also.. took like a week to get used to now its like any other clutch.
