power locks/driver side speakers

power locks/driver side speakers
ever since i bought my 96 civic ex, the power locks havent worked nor do the drivers side speakers (tweeter or door)...i took apart the door panel and checked all of my connections, cleaned them all up, checked all of my fuses...everything is fine, but still no locks or speakers. honda wants 100$ just to diag. the problem. im guessing its a bad relay...any input on this would be greatly appreciated
