Default blacktrax.net h22 parts ordered

I have a jdm h22a in my 96 accord sedan and have not done ANY mods to it since I ordered my apexi power intake a few years ago. I finally just put my credit card to work and ordered some new parts. I ordered the blacktrax intake manifold spacer, 68mm blacktrax throttle body and a hondata intake manifold gasket. Not exactly "power adders" rather ways to make the h22 more efficient and for a fairly decent price. (throttle body, hondata gasket and the IM spacer shipped from cali to michigan all for $277) I really didnt do much reasearch on the spacer or on how a tb would affect power but I just kind of made impulsive purchases over the phone. I should receive these parts soon and will be pairing them up soon with a custom Lovefab exhaust manifold and a jabaayfab 2.5" mandrel exhaust. I will post some feedback from the mods as soon as they come in. As for my experience with Blacktrax..I would rate their customer service as a 8/10. Probably the best experience I have had with an aftermarket car part provider.

sorry for the rant. just excited.
Jake

I installed my 68mm tb and blacktrax im spacer on sunday. I was kind of upset during the installation because I was told by Jay that the prelude intake arm would fit on the 68mm tb which it did not fit at all. Luckily my friend had his stock wrx intake arm that fit perfectly. I was also kind of frustrated with the coolant lines on the new tb being ******* bass-ackwards making it so the stock lines off the motor were too short. I had to run to autozone like 435 times. I am still having pretty rough idle and the car doesnt feel much faster at all. Although, throttle response is much better now and it does consistantly pull to 8000 without feeling as restricted as before. I am going to lovefab soon to have my exhaust manifold fabbed up. As soon as I have the new manifold I am buying hondata and going to Whipfactory in Chicago to get it tuned. Will update as needed.
