I was wondering what you guys think the factory suspension is worth? I'm about to purchase the koni yellow/ground control setup, and I have a few folks interested in my stock setup. I appreciate all info.

if you're just talking the stock shocks and springs, I've seen alot going for between $200-300 depending on condition and mileage.

My shocks are still very stiff, nor have I seen any leaks. They're in great shape, and will clean up nicely when they come off the car. They have just above 63,000 miles on them.

When I bought my R it was lowered on some crap springs. I got a nice low mileage OEM set (struts&springs) for around $200.

I would keep them. If you ever plan to sell the car you can just put them back on.

When selling stock suspension, please remember your buyer will be buying 6 year old shocks/springs (at best assuming your car is a 2001).

I personally wouldnt pay more than a $100 for all the springs and shocks.

sounds about right.. I've paid as low as $100 and as high as $200 depending on age and mileage.

true. but alot of people.. like myself had swapped out stock suspension for a coilover set up few years back. so mine's only like 2-3 years max of being used

maybe i should keep it. lol.. looks like it's worth more than 200 bux for mine haha
