Anyone recognize these cams??

I saw these on ebay, I am wondering if these are actual ITR cams, or if they are the skunk2 knockoffs(obx)???

EXHAUST lift - 11.6 mm, duration 256 @ 1mm

Okay now I am very confused because all 3 of these are stage 2's, and I heard the obx and S2 were identical, but according to this they arent?
