Does anyone have any experiance on what they recommend to use in a 5th gen prelude. Also is it possible to keep the acoustic feedback system?

 

In my 97 I took out the factory system as soon as I bought it. I run an Alpine deck and boston acoustics 5 1/4 pros in the front. A boston pro 12in sub in a glass box I built. The fronts are powered by a JL 300x2 ( you can run 4 speakers with a resistor inline). The sub is powered by a jl 500.1 mono amp. The plan right now is to make a another glass box up front near the dash to run 1 or 2 Focal 5in sub for more mid bass. The box is the rear is getting a make over to increase the size ( .8 cf at the moment).

I fit Infinity 6010cs in the front doors. It was a bitch to remove and install the speakers because the magnet kept attaching to the door. Also they rested against the window frame. Any bigger and they would have not fitted.

 

do you know the depth on those.
