type r gauge cluster

i have jdm type r gauge cluster on my 98 gs-r but the light on the gauge a dull, can some please help me with the issue or try to fix the problem,

some clusters have little caps over the light. check and see if it has one and if it does take it off.

my bulbs had little blue plastic over them, and when i removed it the lights got an orangeish tint. you could just consider new bulbs.
