Is it possible to remove the upholstery for a thorough cleaning?
As the topic states, I'm wondering if its possible to remove the upholstery from the driver's and passenger's seats in an EP3. I live on a farm and so I drive down a dirt road every day. The seats have dust in them and I would love to take the upholstery off and clean it really well. Has anyone done this before, or know if its even possible. The seat manufacterer put the upholstery on, so there has to be a way to take it off. Thanks in advance.

Shouldn't be hard.
If you look under the seats there should be some kind of clips of some sort connecting the upholstery to the seat. Slide them off and that's it.
Be careful washing so you don't shrink them like a sweater then it's an expensive fix.

Thanks for the tip. I'll try that out. After doing some research, I learned that in most cases, suede will shrink if gets wet, even if I use cold water and let it air dry. But I doubt much of the dust is retained by the black suede panels. With that in mind, I'll just remove the upholstery and clean off the center panel because they seem to collect the most dust.
Can anyone verify if the side panels of the EP3 seats are, in fact, black dyed suede? Or is it a man-made, imitation suede material?
Thanks,
Ryan
