finally got a chance to run the motor a litte hard today since i finished the swap. whenever i got on it and hit vtec (only went to around 65-7000rpm), there was some smoke coming throught the vents/shifter area i think, couldn't really tell. im running open header only now till i can go get my exhaust done some where.

could it be just smoke coming through the header into the car
