a more solid integra
so i have a little money in the bank for my own personal spending and i drive my car to and from college 3 times a week. at the moment i have some koni yellows sitting on my stock springs(please tell me if thats not good for my car, it feels pretty comfortable though)and pretty much everything else is stock. I am looking to make my car more solid as far as suspension goes. any suggestions?
having the stock springs on yellows isn't bad, its the opposite that is bad.
if you want solid, get a thicker rear sway bar, drop it around 2 inches, and get some lower profile directional tires

Iffy, Not lowered, and he might want sway bars.
First one, strut bars do next to nothing, plus the 3point ones cost a pretty penny.
You don't need a camber kit since you're on stock springs, which is fine,
But if you so lower it, just pick up a skunk2/omni for the front end.
And a sway bar is negligible depending on what you actually want,
for just a stiffer ride, pick up some GroundControls that would be matched to your konis.

a sway bar negligible? it is the single most effective way to stiffen up an integras handling

Does the everyday person go "canyon carving", or like to push limits through turns?
If he wants to make the most of the ITR sway, he would end up spending a lot more money then just picking up some lowering springs to mate to his konis.
If all you're looking for is a stiffer ride Over Stock springs,
you won't get much from just a sway bar.
When someone actually wants to learn about it all also,
it's better to take steps anyways, you wouldn't throw a dif sway bar when you haven't done much.

if you are not looking for better performance through turns and overall less body roll then why mess with suspension at all?
why would someone want a stiffer ride for everyday driving yet not a thicker sway bar to make that stiffer suspension useful?
when it comes down to it, the sway bar will have the most dramatic effect in overall handling than any other single factor, i do agree some lowering springs/coilovers would make it that much better but if you are looking for bang for your buck, sway bar is where its at, you can get all of the parts online for around 160
it will create more oversteer and you have to get used to that, but its not a problem and if you think it will be go with the suspension techniques 19mm bar

a bigger rear swaybar will change the handling balance of the car, and make it more neutral. it will reduce roll a little, but it won't make it ride stiffer though.
if you want a firmer ride and less body roll, you can try some H&R OE springs. they will only drop the car .75", and firm up the ride. and they are about $150 if you shop around. but it will ride stiffer, so keep that in mind.

I have stock springs in front and ITR springs in back, on Koni shocks set to the lowest perch level. It's a mild drop that looks nice and isn't too harsh. I also have an ITR rear sway bar and 205/45-16" tires. It handles pretty nice.
i have skunk2 full coilovers dropped about 2.5 inches, a progress rear sway bar, tanabe front strut bar, spoon rear strut bar, and 205/40/16 tires and it handles very good
