hey i have a 95 gsr and i dont know what cams are better stage 1 comp cams or integra type R cams? and ill need to get my car tuned after cams right???

 

i'm goin to give you example real quick , say itr gives you 5-10 hp and say comp cam gives you 10-15hp and wut would choose. here the catch they're the same price? if you choose comp cams you will need adjustable cam gears

 

if you don't plan on upgrading your valve train, then I'd stick with the oem itr cams. Can't go wrong with oem parts. If you plan on upgrading your valve train, might as well go with bigger cams, then get it tuned. It'll be worth it in the end.
