DB8 Restoration Project- Rosso Scuderia

Being a huge Honda fan as well as a Ferrari fanatic, there was only one way to satisfy both. I decided to paint my DB-8 Rosso Scuderia. The original Ferrari red is Rosso Corsa, Rosso Scuderia is the brighter version originally featured on the F360 Challenge Stradale and now on all new F430. I picked up this DB-8 from its original female owner who owned it since 1996. I couldn't stand the original burgundy color. If someone knows the color, let me know. My body shop took the car apart and painted everything off the car painstakingly. It should be ready in a few days. I will post the final results asap.

Burgany color is Torino Red Pearl code R72-P. And yah its a DB7, but close enough. Nice Job so far.

They are using sikkens paint, the color is ferrari "rosso scuderia" and using a house of colors clear coat to get a deep shine.

thanks for the positive comments. Not a common color so lets see if I can pull it off. I am optimistic no one has done it on a four door. I've only seen one integra with a similar color and it looked sick.

Looks great, can't wait to see it finished!

Maybe that would be a better option for my DC4 than the NSX New Formula Red I've always wanted.

Not that I want to be accused of biting or anything.
