Default f20b accord SiR-t motor

I cant find anything on the motor.

Heres what I do know:
11:1 CR
pretty much a destroked H22

I cant find anything on the motor. I cant find any performance upgrades other than headers and such. (which is already bought) Anyone know where I can find some cams, and such? Anyone know what I could use to tune it with?

This is in a accord SiR-t, im not swapping it...just wanting to give it a little more.

Any input?

Any H22 aftermarket part will fit..with possibly a mod or two neccesary. Ask in the prelude forum

head is same exact thing as an h22 head...so anything h22 will fit on that and bottom end is where it gets tricky...but nothing some custom work wont fix..

thanks for keeping the thread going. id like to discuss this a little mroe.

im not really too sure about the rs ratio. I can't find a dam thing on it anywhere...that's why im asking. A friend of mine (who is a nissan gear head) just picked up a SiR-t for his wife and wants to do it up the right way....

Cams could possibly be for sale once the new ones get dropped in. The bottom end cant be touched...its a daily drivin car, so I think the plan is to find a H22 head and work on that, put the H22 head onto the f20 bottom end.

Porting, cams, springs, retainers, intake manifold work...and a tune. Which is the next stopping point. What to tune with?

the head is almost exactly like h22 head, same chamber (h22 and f20b chambers have 86mm bores and 53.8cc) the pistons have a good size dome on em, if i had to guess id say 6 or 7cc

the stroke is 88mm, bore is 85mm.

the pistons have 1.181 compression height with a floating pin.

the rod journal is the same as b-series, the mains are the same 55mm mains as 98+ h22.

the rods are very similar to k-series, htey use the same rod bolts as k stuff

the valves are smaller than h22 valves, i dont remember the exact size right off, but they are bigger than b-series.. so custom if you ever have to replace them

I thought that the H22 and the F20b had the same head casting #'s?

my next question. Tuning this thing. its a '98...convert to OBD-1 and use Crome???

anything that bolts to an h22 will bolt to the f20b, including cams, valve train (minus valves), intake manifold, exhaust manifold, cam gears, etc, etc
