I just un-did the clips at the ends of the wiper and slid the new ones in... but I guess we wouldn't have a pic of those hands if you skipped that step

This is kinda relevant... is anyone running a single windshield wiper conversion? I haven't seen anyone do this for a long while, one of my buddies back in high school had a show car with a single wiper. Can this even be done or has anyone done it already?

Actually... if you look at my Dirty window... the oem drivers wiper arm is so huge... it would be sufficient.... IF you never had to turn...
having the passenger window filthy would make your B pillars about 2-3ft long.

I shoulda explained more in depth,

i dont know about the rest of you, but even with the 2 wipers, in the rain and snow, my wipers gunk up with residue.

Every time it goes for another pass, it just drags shizzle all over my windshield.

And thats dispersed over 2 wipers.

Couldn't imagine it with one.

When you wash your car do you raise your wipers?
and do you wipe down your blades regularly with a paper towel.

Just to clear things up, I do not have a single wiper conversion, nor do I want one. I'm always just curious to see how certain modifications would look on the SI. I thought someone out here might have actually done it to be different.

Hiliary for Pres!!! lol

I'm on my 3rd set on my 06. They are $8 a pair and make a noticeable difference after 6 months of use.

Try some Rain-X. Stuff works amazing, its like wax for your window. Everytime it rains it makes the water bead up. Even if your wipres arent in the best condish it makes them work like they were brand new.

Good write up by the way. I LoL'd at the limp penor comment
