Default 90 Accord wipers start up on their own?

Has anybody else had this problem? The wipers are coming on intermittently in my car on their own. Is their a relay for these or would it be in the column switch? I tried the search forum, came up with nothing. TIA

Is the switch lever floppy? Does pushing up on the lever make them stop?

No to both questions. I pulled the fuse for now.

First guess is the relay. 2nd guess is the wiper motor.

It's easy to test: Pull the relay and jump power to the motor.

Where is the relay and what does it look like?

I bought a Haynes service manual, and the only reference to the intermittent wiper relay states "that is on the far right of the engine compartment". Well that's where the fuse box is and there is nothing there stating a wiper relay! I'm still getting nowhere!

It's under the fuse box if i remember right. I'll try to remember to check the manual at work tomorrow.

Well I found they relay, it's bolted under the fusebox, now I can proceed with my trouble shooting
