HP difference between PRO2 and old STG2 skunk cams

I would like to know the estimate HP difference between skunk pro2 cams and old tuner stage2 cams.
this is on b20vtec 85X89mm engine, 12.0 compression, big tube header, ITBs, ported head etc...

I cam't decide which cams to take. are pro2 more aggressive just under vtec, then in vtec same as old stage2?

With your compression, displacement, and flow, I'd recommend the Pro2+'s for sure.

You'll notice a HUGE improvement in midrange torque/power and make a decent amount more up top.
