yeah its a japanese thing. I assume its to light the road if your car brakes down that way people will see you... same thing a flare does here haha. Its factory there since their highways are so busy.

haha I havent had an avatar for years now. The shitty part is somebody else has the avatar that got mine taken away and I made it. Oh well.
