hey guys i noticed that bruno from http://www.club5252.com was doing a type r five bolt conversion on his 89 civic. I will be doing this conversion my self i just need some input on the parts that are needed. any body with knowledge please chime in.

I have the front and back assembly. the hubs have been pressed and from what i was told it should plug and play into my civic. the set up came off the Buddy Club/Option JDM sponsered CRX that crashed at shannonville i beleive back in september after running the fastest lap...so i know it fits for ef...i have a 91 dx if that matters...

things i am missing

e-brake cable...i have rear drums... can i use any ebrake cable for a rear disk setup, i was thinking an Si cable but i heard it has to come from a DA.?

4040 Integra Poportioning Valve, yea spelling owns me... can i use this with my stock 7/8 MC . i heard using a 1" MC will lock my brakes up because i don't have Abs...i don't want to drive in a death trap. ohh and EX 15/16 are pretty rare, can i order these from Honda or should a sell my soul for this?

pads and rotors...the ones i got were from the crx. the slotted ones are warped and the blanks appear to be useful, but since milage is unknown i don't trust them. what pad rotor setup would you guys recommend. i was thinking brembo blanks and Hawk street pads..its a daily driver.

ohh and it came with goodridge stainless steel braided lines, can i use these or should i replace them...and for rims thats a secret but im running something pretty exclusive...i just want to get everything together...come on guys help...
