;hi guys like title says i wana kno how can i install type r cams in my gsr head which tool dey use to open springs or if neone got guide or something i can print it out n show my mechanic thanks for u'r time n also need clearance on valve adjusments

you dont have to adjust anything btw,
I would say get a Haynes manual look under cams install remove have a good torque wrench. Manual has pictures torque specs and order of torquing them down another bit of advice is go ahead and replace the cam seal with one like a golen eagle (oem usually leaks oil)
