Hello all!! I just want to share with you my custom distributor cap. Since I'm using Ultra MDI and have no use for the distributor other than for its signal, I decided to chop up my stock cap and made this!

Did you notice any differance with the MDI? How did you do it? is it a kit?

 

I like it... I would like it a lot more without the omni sticker though

Thanks!! The MDI is a kit, just plug and play. Idle is alot smoother, and cold morning start-up is alot better than before.

I chopped the part where the plug wires would go using a OEM cap, and used fiber glass matting over it. The rest is just bondo, sanded smooth and paint!

 

where'd you get the MDI kit from?
