Hey,
I am trying to install the wiring for a trailer hitch. There is a connector in the trunk in the left side tail light for a trailer hitch lights. I have been searching online, but it seem to cost $25-$30.
Just the wires alone sell in Auto zone for about $5-$7. Do you guys know where I can find a connector to plug into that socket in the rear? Is there a part number for the male section of that plug that I can buy and just connect up the wires to it? Thanks alot

 

You can probably get just the connector/plug from Honda.

How many wires does the plug have? You could just cut the plug off and use your own male/female connectors to connect the wires.

Do you have a picture of what the plug in the trunk looks like?

It has 6 wires

Here are some pics. I guess it is the female connector plug I need for this. Where can I get one? Is this a standard plug that I can buy somewhere and just wire it up?

 

I would assume you can buy that somewhere. Have you looked at trailer supply stores?

I have a complete harness from my totalled 95 EX, I'll look and see if I have a 6P connector like that that I can just cut off for you.
