I just swapped a b16 a into my 1990 crx and i'm having trouble with the engine revving. it gets to about 3100 rpm and acts like it hits a rev limiter. could it be the tdc/cyp/ckp sensors in the distributor gone bad? any help would be greatly appreciated.
