looks good, but you need to get more shots of the turbo up close.
Piping... looks like you got the 2", huh. I got the same ones and the 2" hose adapters from home depot don't actually fit right. I should've got the 2.5" instead, would've looked better. How does the setup run by the way? I was thinking about going V/S AFC and 450 injectors instead, know anyone running that setup?
Can't wait until I finish my turbo

I'll try to get one. I will also Get more pictures of the downpipe, and turbo when I have time.
Yup 2" piping. I will change it out to 2.5" when I do my buildup though. They couplers work great. I havn't had one melt, blowoff, or fail yet.
The setup runs VERY well. Sorry to say that I don't have any #'s yet, but I can beat my freinds 13.5 sec Talon EAISILY.
I do know of someone using the VAFC/450cc setup. His name is DropShop as I know him, and he posts here sometimes. But his name here is NOT dropshop though. He has the setup using another MAP sensor routed to the VAFC with OUT the one way valves. That way the stock MAP is not seeing the boost, so there's no "check engine" but the VAFC is reading the boost so It can compensate for it. I really don't know the details, but you might be able to find it on a search.

OH and as for my power goals....
I plan to reach 350-400 HP with the setup I put on the website.
I hope to run 11-12's on street tires + be my daily driver
can I do it?? Well see.
The build up start's in July!!!

Looks good man. That starion i/c looks like it doent quite fit up under there...lol. What are you going to do about that? Have you gotten in any runs with this setup? Im looking to go ZC turbo and id like to know what i does. And what type of modificatin was involved in squeezing those 450cc Talon injectors in there? Thanks man
LOL, yeah the intercooler is a bit too tall for it to fit with the bumber support.
It only pokes out about a 1/2" so it's not a big problem. I will however cover it with my custom made carbon fiber lip(bragging
) The lip will cover about 2.5" so it will take care of that.
Nope. Havn't got any runs yet.
For the 450's...All you need to do is enlargen the hole in the seal's a bit with a dremel tool. The 450's are a bit wider where they go into the intake mani, so you need to drill them out so they fit. Just make sure you don't take too much off!!

need pics of the t-25 mounted to the hf mani with no adapter plate......explanation would be nice also...
Yager-
Yager-
look at my sig. The bottom link. It's on there some where.
The tubing housing has 4 "notchs" in it that match the HF manifold. The "notches" are around 50% of a complete hole. With all 4 bolts on, there are no problems at all with the durability.
use good quality bolts/nuts and double nut all the bolts and you should be fine.
The best thing about this setup is, it mounts the turbo high enough, you can use the stock O2 housing and all you have to do is make a custom downpipe.
No problems yet. Even after 7 months of daily driving.
EDIT:
Here's the pic
