Default The latest highline PDR patient.

2003 Ferrari 360 Modena.
Repaired the dent on Wednesday, just been too busy with Connor (my son) and work, to post pics.

Thank you.
It's not anything special on the photography side, it would have made it's way onto your site if it was.

Pictures aren't the best to compare considering the glare spot where the dent is/was, and maybe it's just me but it looks like the paint is scratched quite a bit in the after picture.

Swirlmarks ftl, owner should take better care of the paint.

There were a lot of swirl marks in the paint, hopefully this pic shows that.

You're right, maybe these pictures aren't the best to compare.

I found another pic of the completed repair, check the exif data in Photoshop if you want, these are legit pictures of repairs on high-end cars, (You might not have seen the ones of the repairs on the Roll Royces i posted recently).

You're right, pictures aren't the best to compare.
Maybe i should give up working for Performance Auto Sound Magazine as a photographer, and the last ten years of my life in the PDR business must have been a waste.

wow... you really jumped to a completely unnecessary level. He just stated that the pics werent the best comparison since in the first pic you can barely make out a dent. Who said your pics werent legit?
whatever... pdr is amazing. I watched a guy do this for a while, I was impressed.

I'm tired of people doubting what i do, i'm the best PDR tech in Las Vegas and will take the Pepsi challenge with anybody. If the pics don't seem real, that's because nobody else here in Vegas is working on half a million dollar cars.

thats absolutely irrelevant... the fact is NOBODY said the pics dont seem real? where did you get that? All that was said is that its hard to make out the original dent. And its true. But its also hard to take pics of dents on light colors especially. I cant speak for the past and who has doubted your work. I however HAVE seen PDR work done first hand and tried it a little. It takes some incredible skill. I dont doubt your talent/skill at all.

either way... I dont want to **** up your thread with all of this. I just dont see that as an attack on your work... just saying that you cannot tell the real difference because of the pics. I mean, if you have Ferrari's coming to your shop for PDR you would have to be a 9 year old mongoloid to think you dont know what you are doing.

We have a guy in Ohio fixing hail damage for insurance companies right now, so traveling isn't out of the question. It's going to be expensive though to have me fly out, i'll need accommodation and a two way plane ticket before we even discuss pricing on your guys' dents. -It's probably going to be a lot easier if you can find a local PDR hotshot. I'm in Las Vegas but here is a link for the guys in So Cal.

I'd just like to add that I was not attacking your work, I'm sure you do a great job.

I'm not alone when I say the pictures you have posted don't do your work justice. It's not that I don't believe you; in fact, I dont really care that you popped a dent and I have no reason to doubt you. I don't know what kind of responses you expected from this post, I was simply giving my opinion and had no intentions to get you all worked up about it.

Hope I can find a really good pdr guy here in DFW. The entire car needs it, talking about maybe 20 dings and some tricky looking dents, one being this gnarly line/crease ding about 4 inches long.

If I lived around vegas I'd def. give you a call.
