Default New shoes on the whip. Mugen Inside :)

My Prelude is now semi-ballin! I just copped a set of Mugen MZ3X wheels. They are even prettier in real life. Kinda look like Ferrari rims to me for some reason. I have the rest of the WWRS kit painted and in the attic, just been too damn cold to work in the garage but it will be going back on very soon. Thinking about mugen rear though because of how my exhaust is hung + I'm not the biggest fan of the WWRS rear, but anyways. I love these rims, they are so choice. If you have the means, I highly recommend picking up a set!

Takin' the kids out to play again

Very nice to see a Prelude without Rotas :-)

It's pretty damn crazy. 1st and 2nd gear at WOT are pretty much non existent after 4500 rpms and that's with a Quaife LSD. 120 comes at you really fast. I have a set of slicks, so as soon as the track opens, I'll get down there.

Well they're not a fan of YOU! haha j/k. Here's the setup w/ engine bay pics in the Official turbo prelude thread. It's down a little past half the page.

OMG I never get tired of Ludetech's old Prelude. It's legendary in the looks department and pretty quick too. I really wish I could have the fogs in there, but since they weren't in when CFT fabbed the kit, they just used that space. Kind of hard to get a full 3" charge pipe straight out and up but I'm sure you can do it. Good luck man. I've been there and back so please PM me w/ any questions!

One thing I have always thought about... can you mount the intercooler upside down... so that the pipe runs along where the turn signals are instead?

Anything is possible my friend. ****, you could mount that b!tch coming out of the sunroof if you wanted. But the upside down thing seems like it would be hell to make brackets for i think. You could easily have a normally mounted FMIC and your fogs, just have them in there when your fabbing/installing the kit so you can work around them.

look great, almost OEM (jdm had an option in 17" like this)

Are you going to get a mugen front bumper, i reckon your car would be awesome then, although its no slouch as it is.

Good work!

Yeah, I'm kinda torn about that. I was thinking of getting the VIS, but I heard horror stories about fitting it. Also now that I have the real deal Mugens, kinda just want to hold out a bit longer to get the real deal bumper, then maybe VIS sides and rear, which I assume aren't as hard to fit as a bumper. More importantly, the cash that I have now I want to keep in my "**** happens" fund until I get some more miles on her. But a real Mugen bumper is definitely in the works to compliment the rims.

Mugen owns all of y'all !!!!!! Those rims are ugly, I know of a couple of Rotas that get the job done Better for a fraction of the cost. My opinion ... nice car, F..Ugly wheels !!
