Default JDM wheel restoration

So I recently picked up a set of Racing Hart Type-C's (with center caps) and aside from being a little rough from age they were in decent shape and restoring them wasnt a high priority for now. Until I took a trip to Nashville, TN where a pothole on I-65 decided add a "HuGE dent mod" to them. so now that one of em cant even hold a tire on the rim and the other one has a big nice dent in it I decided to repair/restore them.

I am going to take em to Wheels America in Chicago and have them done there. My question is which would look the best.

Restored to Polished lip + Silver powdercoated silver (like in pics) + polished caps?

Restored to Polished lip + Machined face (like the Type-C C2's) + polished caps?

Was it necessary to put "JDM" in the title?

And Yea JDM was needed in this JDM title for the sake of the JDM ness that JDM attracts JDM honda-Tech'rs to take a look at this JDM awesomeness in this JDM forum. So Basically JDM was used as a JDM Advertisement to spark more JDM viewers to see the thread and possibly vote.

If the "hole" is that bad, to where it's denting wheels, and giving mulitple cars flats. Then it seems like the state should get stuck with this bill. I would be in contact with the DOT.
