Default Just a few pics of what's happening around the shop.

This is a Factory Five Racing GTM Kit car we are assembling for a customer. Its got an LS6 crate engine, Porsche 911 Trans, C5 corvette suspension and huge Wilwood brakes. sorry for the crappy pics.

And this is a Charger we are just finishing up. This was a complete frame off, turnkey build.

This is also a frame off build.

This third door was custom built and suicided. This truck was a two door.

F5 is located less than 20 minutes from me. I saw a completed GTM. What an amazing looking car, but to the owner for getting someone else to put it together. Thats the point of a kitcar.

$20,000 for the KIT ONLY. Then you must buy a complete donor C5 corvette. The guy we are building this one for bought EVERYTHING BRAND NEW!!!! New LS6 Crate motor, And brand new GM parts to complete the car. Everything from the suspension components down to the ignition key and everything in between, and i mean EVERYTHING!!!

FFR says with a donor car they can be built for like $60k or less i think? With the Wilwood brakes, LS6 and all new GM parts im sure this one will go well up to $80-$100k range..... Trans is from a 911 Porsche.

Honestly...and I mean 100% serious...I am thinking about selling my CRX to start saving for a project like this.

This is why:

Tube frame'd and turbo'd LS1, mid engine super car that weighs in at about the same as my CRX. And better yet...I'd be able to build it. It simply doesn't get any better than that. With the kit starting at 19K, I'm sure it'd be possible to build a complete car for under 35k.

I get hard just looking at this:

I am about 25 minute's from there warehouse and they are hiring for customer service & technical support. What a dream job!!!

I think I might go down there tomorrow and check the place out.

My luck is that I get there and they just hired someone an hour ago.

We will see,

Take a look at the fourth picture at the top. Looks to be a manual.

Haha they come with instructions, i dont know about DETAILED lol. We were making a joke about this the other day when we were working on it. At one point in the instructions it tells you to start the motor, even before you get to the section on wiring haha.

And ernie, we are 40 min. south of bellingham, and the wheels are iForge
