broken A/C control options?
I really dont want to spend 150 for old a/c controls on ebay.. what are my options.. will a similar year civic controls work or other car??

THere is a guy on here that sales little plates you can use. Other than that in the FAQ there is a write up on how to install a integra one. Good luck though.

I'm working on finishing mine up right now. It was in like 300 pieces, and now is in 2. I've got to finish gluing with expoxy for reinforcement, then I'm done and I'll slap the plate on top.
The plate is more cosmetic than functional, but definitely worthwhile. $13.50 > $150 if you're willing to spend the time to do it. Either way you'd have to take the old one out.

If you're planning on fixing it yourself, get Gorilla Glue. I used a plastic epoxy and it broke the first time when I let it set overnight. Then I did it again, let it set for a week and it broke again before I got it in.

Gorilla Glue expands. That right there is the only reason I didn't use it. And I wouldn't use plastic specific epoxy either, just non-expanding multipurpose 2 part. Catalyst + glue = sticky mess & good controls.

what i did is i took my cracked one out & then went to a junk yard... i found a civic that had one in mint condition... what i did is i took the face only....for $0 all u need are some very small screwdrivers & its easy
