ok i am wanting to install new camshafts myself, my other stage 2 cams broke hrrm(rocket m22x)intake cam broke totaly in half in 2 diff places..they also ate up my rockers but i bought som new ones...anyways

looking for links to proper threads on this type of install for example i have no idea how to uninstall my cam gears and then how to reinstall them onto the new ones
also...
i have but the smallest idea of the process that it takes to install new cams and im just looking for a lil help. I DO NOT trust my mechanic and I personaly want to do this RIGHT just like everyone else out there. thanks in advance for any help...

mind posting a pic of your broken m22's? it was most likely caused by installer error.

 

how do u post a pic on here ...i have a couple of pics but they are off my camera phone 1.3mp but you can see rocker damage!! OHHH and i had a friend that had a 98 integra helms that i had to dl in pdf..but it works...thanks

 

yeah i heard of installer error...but these cams had 20-23k mi on them so i dont know ...they were flattend out as well but i hear rocket is good sh*t so im going to try to see if they cant cut me a deal on the same cams so i dont have to tune and adjust cam gears...

buy haynes manual for 94-01 gsr very descriptive with pics they explain it so well even my little sister could install in vtec cams. 17 bucks at autozone its got torque specs and tightening sequence everything.
