Well here is the story. I just got done putting together my turbo d series and it just wont start. My seyup includes DSM 450's, P28 w/crome tuned to 8 psi, walbro 255 fuel pump, bosh platinum gaped to .030, drag mani, Turbonetics t3/t4, and FMIC. As i turn the key the motor is turning but just not fireing. I know i am getting fuel because i pulled the plugs and they reak of fuel. As far as spark im not sure because it has been raining and i dont have a garage. What would be the best way to check for spark? Any sudjestions on this matter will be greatly apriciated.

 

pull out one of the sparkplug wire...set down close to a metal or something...have someone start it...
you should see a spark if you try and start it...

(dont touch the **** while the engine is turning)

 

re-check the timing or if didnt set the timing then retard it a couple degrees
