If the mounts are damaged as you said in your first post you have to replace the whole thing, if you worded it poorly and it's not a shot mount yes you can just swap the inserts.

ES makes them.

the stock mounts arent really damaged just at some points i can feel my motor move..but its not all that bad...i heard the ES inserts are a good buy but id feel better buying brand new ones...
