Default Trans Slipping

I have a 96 Accord VTEC with Automatic Tranny. I am wondering if the jumping between gears is due to a dieing torque converter?

How many miles?

Whens the last time you changed the fluid?

Drain the old fluid and try replacing it with Lucas Transmission fix, 1 bottle should be ok, then the rest with regular transmission fluid, or if its bad, 2 quarts of Lucas trans fix then the rest trans fluid...
